Our story
It all began with a dream. No, really. Midwife Nicole was in the field of Education and Psychology for many years before stumbling upon Midwifery. After each child she birthed of her own children, she learned more and more about childbirth and grew passionate about the field. Midwife Nicole became a Certified Birth Doula through DONA International in 2018 and attended over 200 births in local hospitals, home births and birth centers in SWFL. She is also a Childbirth Educator. After a long birth, a local Midwife sat Nicole down and told her she was having dreams of Nicole “catching babies.” It came to her realization that providing SWFL with good quality Midwifery care is a true passion and everyone deserves a well supported birth! The next day, Nicole was signed up for school and started right away. In 2022, Midwife Nicole attended a 3 year Entry Level Midwifery school at International Institute of Health Care Professionals. She graduated and became a Certified Professional Midwife and Licensed Midwife in the state of Florida in 2024.
Nicole is a mama of 3 kiddos with very different birth stories of their own! She has been married to her husband, Evan for 12 years where they reside in Fort Myers, FL.
